Terms and Conditions

1. All SL mypet orders arrive gift wrapped and ready to go.
2. Send an email to sales@sl-jewels.com or send a SMS to 91820712.
3. State your name, mailing address, contact number, product (eg : G001).
4.We will send you an email or SMS within 2 days to confirm your order.
5.For confirmed orders, the email or sms will indicate the payment amount and the delivery method.
6. Orders will be sent via postage, normal post $1.
7. Postage transactions are to be made through POSB/DBS transfer.
8. Orders will only be mailed out 3 working days AFTER your payment is received.)
9. Self-collect (Free! Collect at 3 Sin Ming Walk, The Gardens At Bishan.)
10. Orders will be reserved for 5 days upon order date for self collection.
11. No refunds are allowed.
